After you submit an inquiry through my website, we begin with a in-person or video consultation—an unhurried conversation designed to ensure we’re the perfect fit.
During this, I’ll personally walk you through the full Kimberly Powers Photography experience, including session details, investment, and what makes this experience so uniquely tailored to you. If you already have a vision in mind, we’ll refine it together—styling, mood, and every meaningful detail.
Following our consultation, you’ll receive a curated preparation guide and personalized support as we thoughtfully design your session from start to finish. When your session day arrives, everything has been intentionally planned—allowing you to simply arrive, feel confident, and enjoy the experience.

Once you’ve reserved your senior photo session, I’ll send everything you need to prepare with ease.
No overwhelm—just a clear, elevated process designed to make your senior pictures feel relaxed, natural, and beautifully put together.
Your prep includes a Senior Session Style Guide, a detailed timeline, and tailored tips so you can show up feeling confident and fully prepared.

03. Session Day
Your session day is here.
Everything is ready—your outfits, your hair and makeup, every detail thoughtfully planned.
Now, it’s your turn to step in and enjoy it.
There’s nothing you need to overthink. Just relax, have fun, and be fully yourself—that’s what makes your senior photosfeel natural and elevated.
If you have a friend who brings out your confidence, they’re always welcome to join you.
04. Post Session
Your images deserve more than just a quick scroll—they deserve an experience.
Within two weeks of your senior photo session, you’ll return to the studio for your Reveal & Ordering Session.
This is where you’ll see your full gallery for the first time, thoughtfully edited and curated.
Together, we’ll go through your favorites and choose how you want to enjoy them—whether that’s custom products, artwork, or keepsakes designed to last.
And of course, your digitals are part of the experience too.

I book out about 2-4 months in advance. The experience I offer is a process that takes time in order to design an amazing day! You'll want to have time to think about outfits and place any orders, scout locations, and plan the overall vibe of your shoot.

A parent or guardian is required at your senior session.
Many seniors choose to bring their mom, and it often becomes such a meaningful part of the experience—having someone there to support you every step of the way.
You’re also welcome to bring a friend who helps you feel relaxed, confident, and fully yourself in front of the camera.

Your senior photos should feel like you—just a slightly more polished version.
While professional hair and makeup isn’t about going over the top, it does make a difference on camera. It helps everything photograph smoothly and consistently, without taking away from your natural features.
If you choose to go that route, you can trust you’ll be taken care of with a light, refined approach.

CREATIVE FEE COLLECTIONS START AT$275

The Creative Session Fee is due at the time of booking. This initial fee does not include digital & print products and it is non-refundable.
Every Collection offered does includes digital images as well as products.
Payment plans are available! If opting for a payment plan, your remaining balance will be divided into several payments and due before your session date.
